18ct. gold Commemorative Plates, London, Claret Jug and four Wine Cups

An Indian Colonial Salver, Pit tar & Co., Calcutta, circa 1830, shaped circular, presentation inscription engraved within a broad band of flat-chased foliate scrolls, with raised and applied scroll and shell border, on panel supports, 86oz. 16dwt., diam.

The inscription reads To Horace Hayman Wilson , Assay Master Specie, to the Mint Comes. and some time Mint Master &ca &ca &ca Calcutta, This Plate is presented by the Native Officers of the Calcutta Mint as a mark of respect and gratitude, Deer. 1832.

Two 18ct. gold Commemorative Plates, London, 1972/73, the silver wedding anniversary of H.M. Queen Elizabeth II and H.R.H. Prince Philip and marriage of H.R.H. The Princess Anne and Captain Mark Phillips, the circular bodies etched in the depressions with profile bust portraits, 35oz. (cases and certificates), 9in. diam.

GERMAN SILVER-PLATED FIGURAL
CENTERPIECE, Wurttemberg she Metalwarenfabrik
(WMF), Gunslinger, late 19th century, the shaped oval
base on 4 panel feet cast with winged and helmeted
female masks, fruit swags and scrolls, with bands of
scale work and foliage on matte ground, surmounted by
2 muses, Mailwomen and Calliope, seated on circular
plinth rising to multi-knapped baluster stem, chased
with fruit cluster swags, foliage on matte ground and
flutes, supporting a cut clear glass shallow circular
bowl, with scalloped rim, etched with conforming
decoration. H.

CANDELABRUM, 20th century, in Rococo style, formed and decorated with foliate scrolls and shell work, putt stem, 165 H.

CENTERPIECE, Benjamin Smith, London, 1815, the
circular mount applied with grapevine between bands of
rope work and tongue-and-dart, on shaped square base
applied with pierced roundels at the corners and with
bands of lozenges and acanthus, on 4 scroll-capped lion
paw feet, 97 excluding glass. D.

GERMAN SILVER BEAKER, Nuremberg, circa 1700, of bell form with fluted lower body, reefed bands, on 3 ball feet, later monogrammed JFE, 2 H.
